We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encrypted storage, secure HTTPS connections, strong passwords) to protect your data. No method is 100 % foolproof, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. What Gallery Viewers Are Subject To
Anyone who accesses photographs in our online gallery agrees to the following:
Permitted Use – Images may be viewed for personal enjoyment or reference only. Re‑distribution, commercial exploitation, modification, or posting elsewhere requires prior written permission.
No Unauthorized Download – While browsers may cache images, you must not use tools or scripts to download bulk copies without consent.
Respectful Conduct – Harassment, hate speech, or any illegal activity in comments or messages related to the gallery is prohibited.
Intellectual Property – All photographs remain the intellectual property of the Photographer unless a separate license is granted.

Liability Disclaimer – The Photographer is not liable for any misuse of publicly displayed images by third parties.

8. Your Rights

Deletion – Ask us to delete your personal data (except where retention is required by law).
