This Privacy Policy explains what data we gather, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have when you (a) hire us for photography services, or (b) view photographs in our online gallery.

Personal Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address to communicate with you, schedule sessions, deliver files, and send invoices.
Payment Details: Credit‑card information, billing address (processed via a third‑party payment processor)To receive payment for services.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

Public Gallery Viewers – Photographs you approve for public display will be accessible to anyone who visits the gallery URL. Those viewers are subject to the terms below (Section 7).

5. Data Retention
Client Files – We keep original and edited images for 12 months after delivery, unless you request a longer or shorter retention period.
Payment Records – Stored for the period required by tax and accounting regulations (typically 7 years).
Gallery Content – Publicly displayed photos remain online until you request removal or we close the gallery.
6. Security
We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encrypted storage, secure HTTPS connections, strong passwords) to protect your data. No method is 100 % foolproof, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. What Gallery Viewers Are Subject To
Anyone who accesses photographs in our online gallery agrees to the following:
Permitted Use – Images may be viewed for personal enjoyment or reference only. Re‑distribution, commercial exploitation, modification, or posting elsewhere requires prior written permission.
No Unauthorized Download – While browsers may cache images, you must not use tools or scripts to download bulk copies without consent.
Respectful Conduct – Harassment, hate speech, or any illegal activity in comments or messages related to the gallery is prohibited.
Intellectual Property – All photographs remain the intellectual property of the Photographer unless a separate license is granted.
Privacy Respect – If a photo includes identifiable individuals, viewers must treat those individuals’ privacy with the same care expected of the photographer (no sharing of personal identifiers without consent).
Liability Disclaimer – The Photographer is not liable for any misuse of publicly displayed images by third parties.

8. Your Rights
Access & Correction – Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and ask for corrections.
Deletion – Ask us to delete your personal data (except where retention is required by law).
Restriction – Limit processing of your data under certain circumstances.
Objection – Object to direct marketing communications.
